Renters Insurance must be obtained 72hrs before your first event. We recommend Hiscox.com, policies as low as $35 per month for $1million total coverage.

We will run a soft credit check and background check on the business and primary contact person. Once cleared, we will notified you if you have been approved. You will have 48hrs to provide a security deposit to hold the building. Maximum holding time is 7 days. Security Deposit is non refundable.
